There is no fixed minimum age; the decision is the responsibility of the accompanying adult. Children always take part in a double kayak, together with an adult.

No. Our activities are suitable for beginners. We always give a safety briefing before you get on the water.

Equipment (kayak or board, paddle, life jacket), safety briefing and assistance at the meeting point.

Kayaks are doubles, seating 2 people each. We can take up to 4 people kayaking, or 2 people on stand up paddle, at the same time.

Swimwear. A towel, sunscreen and a change of clothes are optional, and we keep your belongings safe with us during the activity.

Bookings are made by phone or WhatsApp. We agree on the day, time and activity, and confirm everything by message with the meeting point.

At Parque de Merendas do Campinho, next to the pier on Lake Alqueva. Free parking at the park.

Activities depend on weather conditions. We may also need to reschedule due to a full diary or availability. In those cases we move the activity to another date at no cost.

With Campix, at Campinho pier in Reguengos de Monsaraz. It is about a 10 minute drive from Reguengos de Monsaraz and about 30 minutes from Monsaraz, with free parking next to the pier.

From spring to October the lake is at its best. In summer, early morning and late afternoon are the most pleasant hours because of the heat, but activities run throughout the day.
