Usage and rental conditions
General terms for booking and taking part in kayak and stand up paddle activities with Campix.

2. Bookings
Bookings are made by phone or WhatsApp. The activity is only confirmed after Campix contacts you with confirmation.
3. Meeting point
Parque de Merendas do Campinho, next to the pier on Lake Alqueva. Free parking at the park.
4. Cancellation and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule by contacting us at least 3 hours in advance. In case of bad weather or team unavailability, the activity will be rescheduled at no cost.
5. Participation conditions
Wearing a life jacket is mandatory. Knowing how to swim is recommended. Children always take part in a double kayak accompanied by a responsible adult.
6. Liability
Campix provides equipment in good condition and a safety briefing. Each participant is responsible for their own behaviour and proper use of the equipment during the activity.
7. Equipment damage
Participants are liable for damage caused by negligence or misuse. Damage resulting from normal use does not incur additional charges.
8. Schedules
The activity takes place at the agreed time. We recommend punctuality to make the most of the reserved time.
9. Changes
Campix reserves the right to amend these terms. The current version is always available on this page.
